Troubleshooting Access to Library Resources

If you are accessing library resources and receive an “Internal Server Error” message, it is most likely due to a recent UITS upgrade of IU’s authentication system (IU Login and DUO).  Due to this upgrade, old internet browsers that don’t conform to the new authentication system will return the “Internal Server Error” message.  UITS recommends you upgrade your internet browser and clear your cookies and cache.  Instructions can be found at https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic.

The Ruth Lilly Medical Library will be closed until further notice. This includes our 24 hour study area. Faculty and staff are still available virtually. Online resources and virtual library services are available through our website.
