Safar Saydshoev received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s from Ball State University in the area of journalism and communication sciences. He has diverse experience having worked and lived internationally. Safar is fluent in Russian and Persian and is well versed in international culture and global understanding. Professional experiences include that of front-end web development, enterprise resource planning and development, content management systems, content relationship management systems, project management, and multimedia. Most recently, Safar worked for PTS Diagnostics as a front-end web developer and social network support. His passion lies in providing leadership, learning new things, and working together with others to accomplish goals. Fostering and maintaining relationships with others is very important to him including both personally and professionally.

In his spare time, Safar enjoys traveling to other countries, learning languages, and mountain hiking. Safar also enjoys watching soccer.
