Congratulations to Owen Stackhouse-Kaelble, one of Ruth Lilly Medical Library's talented Content Management Assistants, on his recent completion of a master's degree in Sports Journalism from IU Indianapolis (Dec, '24). Owen's love of sports writing - and talent for writing and storytelling in general - is known to all of us in the medical library where Owen has worked since 2021. Owen received his bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Indianapolis and has worked for the Indianapolis Public Library and the Hamilton East Public Library in Fishers in addition to his time here at RLML.

When asked about his future goals, Owen spoke of his love of softball, among many other sports, and of his interest in pursuing a position in collegiate sports as a Sports Information Director. Passionate about players, stats, and all sorts of sports media events, Owen is certainly destined for a bright future - maybe even in the Big Apple!
