Things to Know Before Visiting
An IU School of Medicine ID allows library visitors to gain entry into the library. Non-IU School of Medicine researchers may use the call box by the library entrance or contact the circulation desk at 317-274-7182 to request entrance.
The 24-hour study area is available to IUSM medical students, residents, and fellows after hours by CrimsonCard access. Email circulation at email@example.com to request card access.
The library is closed University Holidays and may have special, limited hours during holiday periods.
You can reach our librarians by email at MEDLREF@IU.EDU. This account is monitored Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and responses are generally received within 2 hours of receiving an email. Chat hours begin 30 minutes after opening and end 30 minutes prior to closing each day.
