In September, in celebration of Riley Hospital for Children’s centennialanniversary, Dr. Richard Schreiner spoke about the fasciniating history of Riley Hospital. Important figures, accomplishments, and details about the hospital's dramatic growth from the 1920s through the present were discussed.

In October, Bijal Trivedi presented on the Origins of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation: How a Grassroots Effort Led by Parents and Physicians Revolutionized Treatment for a Fatal Genetic Disease and Changed Medicine Forever.
