The new Medical Education and Research Building, MERB for short, opened on Tuesday, July 29th. The building is located on the IU Health Campus at 350 W 14th Street. All first and second year medical students will be starting their fall semester on Monday, August 4th in the new location (to see some awesome images of the inside of the building, visit the Indy Star article: Inside the new IU School of Medicine Education and Research building on the IU Health campus).
The Ruth Lilly Medical Library has some library space in the building - and our Makerspace moved over and rebranded themselves the IU School of Medicine Makerspace. For more detailed information about the MERB and everything over there, visit our MERB page.

We encourage all new students to make the trip to visit us!
And reminder: All medical library resources are available to any IU School of Medicine student, resident, fellow, faculty or staff on any campus!
